Definition	Refers to the share of land area obtained by subtracting the share of uncultivatable area from the total agricultural land area
Commentary	Uncultivatable area refers to water wells, drainage pump facilities, bedrocks, tube wells, puddles, stone graves, access roads, etc. where it is not possible to grow crops.
