Definition	Age specific fertility rate = (Age specific number of births to women) / (Mid-year female population in the same specified age group) × 100
Commentary	It is the total number of births to women in a specified age group, in a given year, divided by the mid-year female population of the same age group per 1,000 women aged between 15~49
