Definition	Includes a multi-dwelling house built to accommodate several households. Each household can live independently because each area has rooms, a kitchen, an entrance, bathrooms but each area cannot be owned or sold separately.
Commentary	A general detached house built to accommodate one household and a multi-dwelling detached house planned to accommodate several households
