Definition	Includes institutions in the regular school system at its different levels such as primary education(including pre-primary education), secondary education, and higher education.Also included are adult education, other educational service providers, and educational support services.
Commentary	Primary education services provider: Educational institutions responsible for educational curriculum of pre-primary and primary schools. Secondary education services provider: Educational institutions responsible for educational curriculum of middle and high schools. Higher education services provider: Educational institutions responsible for educational curriculum of junior colleges, universities and graduate schools. Other education services provider: Educational institutions that provide educational services to adults or targeted persons.
